1. General Provisions

This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the protection of personal data by FOP Mykhailova Viktoria Oleksandrivna (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1. The Operator considers the observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms, including the protection of privacy, personal, and family secrets, as a primary goal and condition for carrying out its activities when processing personal data.

1.2. This Operator’s policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://elysium-invest.net.

2. Key Terms Used in the Policy:

Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computer technology; Blocking of personal data — temporary cessation of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Website — a set of graphical and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their accessibility on the Internet at the network address https://elysium-invest.net;

Personal data information system — a set of personal data contained in databases that ensures their processing using information technology and technical means;

Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific User or to a User identifiable on the website https://elysium-invest.net;

User — any visitor to the website https://elysium-invest.net;

Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;

Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transferring personal data) or making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publishing personal data in the media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or granting access to personal data in any other way;

Cross-border transfer of personal data — transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to the authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity;

Destruction of personal data — any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to restore personal data in the information system and/or resulting in the destruction of tangible carriers of personal data.

3. The Operator May Process the Following User Personal Data:

Last name, first name, patronymic; Email address; Phone numbers; The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using internet analytics services (Google Analytics and others). The above data is collectively referred to as Personal Data throughout the Policy.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; making calls, SMS notifications, concluding, executing, and terminating civil law contracts; providing the User with access to the services, information, and/or materials on the website.

The Operator may also send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to info@elysium-invest.net with the subject line “Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers.” Anonymized User data collected through internet analytics services is used to gather information about User actions on the website, improve the quality of the website, and its content.

Protection of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude unauthorized access to personal data. The Operator may transfer the User’s personal data to its contractors to fulfill contracts with such Users.

If inaccuracies in personal data are detected, the User can update them by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator’s email address info@elysium-invest.net with the subject line “Update of personal data.”

The processing period for personal data is unlimited. The User may revoke their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending the Operator a notification via email to the Operator’s email address info@elysium-invest.net with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing.”

7. Final Provisions

The User can obtain any clarifications on issues related to their personal data processing by contacting the Operator via email at info@elysium-invest.net.

This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The Policy is effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
